The band’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at 9:00pm, after regular band practice, on Friday the 15th of August. All office-bearer positions will be declared vacant and members will be nominated for these positions until the committee for the next year is formed. Office-bearer positions include president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, and publicity officer.

All persons are welcome to attend, members or not; however, only financial members or appointed life members are entitled to vote or hold office-bearing positions.
